Adults Spring Workout Outside! Session A 

Kick start your way to a healthier mind and body! Designed for beginners or intermediate levels who are looking for a fresh start. Set your personal goals and achieve them! Surround yourself with those who inspire and motivate you. Enhance your physical activity and strength through the fresh outdoor workouts with a beautiful view. Workouts may consist of a warm up, jogging, running, body weight exercises, and some weighted exercises that will help increase your strength and stamina. Work out challenges, nutrition information and private FB groups, and special events out in the great outdoors! 

  • Date: April 14 - May 28 (Tuesdays and Thursdays) 2 x a week

  • Canceled due to COVID-19

  • Times: 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

  • Ages: 18 and up 

  • Fee: $ 145.00

  • Location: Meet at Half Mile Falls Park between two bridges north side near (North End Butcher block) park in parking lot under bridge and walk over. Instructor is Dacia Lucas. Rain dates will be made up by instructor. 

  • Bring a yoga mat and water bottle
