Get a jump start on conditioning and sharpening those fall field hockey skills. The focus will be on circuit training, speed, endurance, skills, and game play. High school girls and Warriors field hockey players encourage to attend. Mouth, shin guard, and stick required. Sticks are available for those that do not have one to borrow. Instructor: Jen Oakland -USAFH level 2 coach.

Dates: August 5-August 9
Grades: 5-12 or Ages 10 and up HS 
Fee $ 80.00
Times: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Location: Boardman field is located behind Westfield High School. (Park behind WHS school and walk over to the field) Please do park on grass or animal hosp. parking lot.
