Hello Team Captains-The deadline date to register and pay in full is early November.

You can only pay online, check or money order or stop in the office for exact cash payment. 
All payments received you will then receive a paid receipt that same day from the system.
Any concerns please call the office 572-6263 if you did not receive a receipt.  

The team captain is responsible for paying the referee at the beginning of each game.
