Hello Team Captains-The deadline date to register your team and pay in full is by November. 15 

You can pay online, check or money order or stop in the office for exact cash payment. 
All payments received you will then receive a paid receipt that same day from the system.
Any concerns please call Peg at the office 572-6263 if you did not receive a receipt from our system after payment given that day!
We prefer you to register online or by money order, bank check or check. 

**The team captain is responsible for paying the referee at the beginning of each game. 
After you are registered you will receive the rules and referee fees. 

Ages 18 and up  Men's Adult Basketball League   
Fee: $ 400 (Team Captain) Collect from your players now (Payable: parks and Recreation Dept.)
Days- Sunday mornings
December - March 
Times and Dates: TBA Once you are registered  and paid you will be contacted for the game schedule. 
Location: Westfield High School - 177 Montgomery Rd. -gymnasium
