• • Hello and Welcome to our online registration site. To start if you are new with us you will need to set up a "New account" to get started add parent/guardian information first and then when completed add "Member" either your children or adult information. Then simply click on a member's name and register for activities.
    
    If you are current customer with Parks and Recreation log in under your email address and password if you forgot your password call us. (Only one account per family) 
  • The system only holds your items in your cart for about 5 min. If you should get bumped out, call the office so we can put items back in your cart for you to process payment again. After you complete your registrations the check out it will then take you to "Unipay" (the online bank service) you will then receive a receipt of payment when completed. (Unipay charges a small fee for online transactions)  Everyone will receive an email receipt. (All charge cards and debit card transactions are completed online at the customers home computer or phone devices) 
    
    The Westfield Parks and Recreation Department Office is located at 4 Holcomb Street. Our Phone Number is 413-572-6263. The office only accepts payments by checks, money orders or exact amount cash with form. Everyone receives a receipt the day they pay for a program by email or in person. Let's get started view our programs and sign up today!

    Oct. 7 &  Oct. 8
    Boys Grades 5-6 Times 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
    Boys Grades 7-8 Times 6:45 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
     
    Girls Suburban Tryout dates are as follows:
    Westfield Intermediate School gym- 350 Southampton Rd. 
    Oct. 15, Oct, 16 and Oct. 17 (Attend at least 2 or all 3) 
    Girls Grades 4-6 Times: 6:00 p.m.
    Girls Grades 7-8  Times 7:15 p.m.
