Girls running track race/marathon
Youth grades 5-8 will establish the basics of running and learn to run up to 3 miles. Also include an introduction into the sport of cross country, stretching and skills. The program will aim to improve physical fitness at an individual level for each participant. We will meet at Stanley Park near the playground pavilion area. Cross Country Instructor: Lynn Garrity.(Fomer WHS Coach)
