Youth Cross Country
Youth, grades 5-8, will establish the basics of running and learn to run up to 3 miles. Also include an introduction into the sport of cross country, stretching and skills. The program will aim to improve physical fitness at an individual level for each participant. We will meet in the grass area, next to the children’s pavilion, which is located to the right of the playscape area.
Running sneakers are required and bring a drink.
Date: May 6 – June 12 (No program on 5/15) Day: Wednesday and Friday
Grades: 5-8 Time: 5pm – 6pm
Fee: $50 per child Max: 25
