The first half of the spring camp will be to focus on the introduction to the game of soccer. Basic instructional soccer skills will be taught through the enjoyment of the game led by our Directors of Coaching and Senior Couches. Mini campers will then enjoy the gameplay versus other campers during the second half of the camp. Intro to youth pickleball is designed to introduce children to one of the fastest-growing paddle sports. Participants will be taught the basics of the game. Serving, return, grip, swing, footwork, ball placement (dinking) keeping score, and the general rules of the game. Participants will also learn drills they can practice at home.  Participants should bring a water bottle, snacks, and hand towel, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Bring a pickle ball racket if you have one. Start smart is a program that is an instructional program that prepares children for the world of organized sports without the threat of competition or the fear of getting hurt. This is a parent-child program that works together with your own children in a supportive environment to learn all the basic skills. Start Smart was developed by a top motor development specialist in the field of youth sports. Parent/Guardian groups perform motor skills that gradually build confidence while having FUN at the same time. We will play a variety of sports while having fun with other children and parents which will build up your child's confidence and motor skills. Different aspects of throwing, catching, and hitting different size balls will be introduced along with golf. Join us and meet new friends your age and parents meet other parents/guardians. The team captain registers and pays for the team. Team Captain is responsible for providing their own team t-shirts and sponsors. The Team Captain will also be responsible for paying the umpire and scorekeeper at the beginning of each game. Adult Softball -Co-Ed Wednesdays Ages 18 and up  Dates: April-August  (Dates and times TBA)  Fee: $ 400.00  (Team)  Location: Whitney Playground- Enter on Shepard Street over the hill and exit through Sackett St.  All players or teams that don't follow the conduct guidelines will be dismissed from the league with no refund. Practice good sportsmanship.  *Per city ordinance no alcoholic beverages and smoking is allowed. (Police take notice) Once you are registered you will receive the times of practice/schedule information.  Conduct Policy This league is of "friendly" competition and is set up to promote recreational sports in the City of Westfield adult softball leagues.  We ask all participants to work together to continue the philosophy of this program.  The use of profanity and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and officials will be instructed to eject from a game any player, manager, or spectator guilty of these offenses.   No drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking before, during, or after a league game on city property, per city ordinance give the police to arrest the individual (s) will result in permanent suspension of the player(s) involved.  The Team Captain is the responsible manager who is responsible for the conduct of his or her team (as well as any spectators) both on and off the playing field. The team captain manager is responsible for the policing of the benches and dugout for any trash left behind.  Any ejection from a game will lead to the players causing the disrespectful conduct to be removed from the team and we can dismiss the whole team from the league due to bad conduct with no refunds. ALL PLAYERS COMPETE AT THEIR OWN RISK. All players are required to sign a Liability waiver prior to the start of the season. Team captain managers are responsible for providing signed waivers for your team. The City of Westfield is not responsible for any injuries received.

Youth grades 5-8 will establish the basics of running and learn to run up to 3 miles. Also include an introduction into the sport of cross country, stretching and skills. The program will aim to improve physical fitness at an individual level for each participant. We will meet at Stanley Park near the playground pavilion area. The team captain registers and pays for the team. Adult Softball -Co-Ed Wednesdays Ages 18 and up  Dates: April-August  (Dates and times TBA)  Fee: $ 400.00  (Team)  Location: Whitney Playground- Enter on Shepard Street over the hill and exit through Sackett St.  All players or teams that don't follow the conduct guidelines will be dismissed from the league with no refund. Practice good sportsmanship.  *Per city ordinance no alcoholic beverages and smoking is allowed. (Police take notice) Once you are registered you will receive the times of practice/schedule information.  Conduct Policy This league is of "friendly" competition and is set up to promote recreational sports in the City of Westfield adult softball leagues.  We ask all participants to work together to continue the philosophy of this program.  The use of profanity and unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and officials will be instructed to eject from a game any player, manager, or spectator guilty of these offenses.   No drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking before, during, or after a league game on city property, per city ordinance give the police to arrest the individual (s) will result in permanent suspension of the player(s) involved.  The Team Captain is the responsible manager who is responsible for the conduct of his or her team (as well as any spectators) both on and off the playing field. The team captain manager is responsible for the policing of the benches and dugout for any trash left behind.  Any ejection from a game will lead to the players causing the disrespectful conduct to be removed from the team and we can dismiss the whole team from the league due to bad conduct with no refunds. ALL PLAYERS COMPETE AT THEIR OWN RISK. All players are required to sign a Liability waiver prior to the start of the season. Parent/Guardian groups perform motor skills that gradually build confidence while having FUN at the same time. We will play a variety of sports while having fun with other children and parents which will build up your child's confidence and motor skills. Intro to youth pickleball is designed to introduce children to one of the fastest-growing paddle sports. Participants will be taught the basics of the game. Serving, return, grip, swing, footwork, ball placement (dinking) keeping score, and the general rules of the game. Participants will also learn drills they can practice at home.  Participants should bring a water bottle, snacks, and hand towel, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Bring a pickle ball racket if you have one. Spend time on the farm experience feeding, grooming, and all maintenance associated with horses. Participants will experience the brushing, tacking, saddling, and cleaning of hoses. Monday Boys T-Ball-Play Ball! T-ball is an instructional baseball program for boys ages 4-5 years of age. (Girls allowed) A batting tee is used instead of a pitcher and is designed to accommodate each child according to their skill level. Teams will be formed prior to the first session. Bring a glove and a water bottle. If a parent wants to coach write on your registration form, answer the online question form, or contact the office. We will have a couple of practices and then games will be played. Once registered a team roster will be emailed in April. Weather permitted.
