Fall Weekend Horseback Riding - Fall Horseback Riding October 18th & 19th
A.J. Stables has beautiful acres of pastures and trails. Programs have been created for your child to enjoy a bit of the country in the city. Spend a day on the farm experiencing how to care for and ride a horse. Each day you will receive a riding lesson and learn about feeding, grooming, and maintenance associated with horses. Participants will experience brushing, tacking, cleaning, walking etc. All riding lessons are conducted by a MA Licensed Riding Instructor. All programs take place at A. J. Stables at 1040 East Mountain Road. When dropping off children please drive to the back of the property. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY.Program guidelines:-No sandals or open toes shoes -Provide a backpack for personal items-Wear long pants for riding horses - Bring rain coat on rainy days-No canvas sneakers -Program held rain or shine-Bring a snack/drink -Apply sunscreen/bugs spray before arrivingParticipants will get dirty so please wear appropriate clothing. Pee Wee Soccer - Saturdays - 4 & 5 yr olds - Session B - Pee Wee Soccer - Saturdays - 4 & 5 Yr Olds
Pee Wee soccer is designed for children ages 4-5 years of age. Children are divided into teams by age and instruction is provided by volunteer coaches. Teams will have no more than 9 participants per team. Fundamental skills will include dribbling, passing, trapping, and shooting. Practices/games are held at the same time in each session. Participants play 3 v 3 or 4 v 4, no goalies. This program is not a competitive league. It is designed as an introduction to soccer and developing sportsmanship while having fun! The team rosters and schedule will be emailed one week before the first practice.

Come and enjoy the autumn season on the farm! Take a hay ride over to the pumpkin patch where you get to pick your own pumpkin. Then you can carve or paint it to your delight. Fall Weekend Horseback Riding - Fall Horseback Riding November 1st & 2nd
A.J. Stables has beautiful acres of pastures and trails. Programs have been created for your child to enjoy a bit of the country in the city. Spend a day on the farm experiencing how to care for and ride a horse. Each day you will receive a riding lesson and learn about feeding, grooming, and maintenance associated with horses. Participants will experience brushing, tacking, cleaning, walking etc. All riding lessons are conducted by a MA Licensed Riding Instructor. All programs take place at A. J. Stables at 1040 East Mountain Road. When dropping off children please drive to the back of the property. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY.Program guidelines:-No sandals or open toes shoes -Provide a backpack for personal items-Wear long pants for riding horses - Bring rain coat on rainy days-No canvas sneakers -Program held rain or shine-Bring a snack/drink -Apply sunscreen/bugs spray before arrivingParticipants will get dirty so please wear appropriate clothing. Parents/guardians are requested to leave the farm after they drop off their children and not llinger around the farm.
