Adventure Zone is a full day program for children 5-12 years of age.  Designed for the working parent(s) who need affordable child care during the summer.  Adventure Zone will offer a rich program experience for participants.  Activities include, but not limited to; arts and crafts, sports, tournaments, field trips, swimming once a week (Agawam State Pool), environmental activities, guest speakers and much more.  Participants are divided into age appropriate groups.  Some of the benefits of attending this are a sense of adventure, building self esteem, socialization, interaction with peers, increasing creativity and personal growth.  Participants should bring own lunch, snack and drink.  Lunches should be brought in a small cooler with ice pack.  Refrigeration is not available.  Water will be available for drinks. Will visit Municipal Playground’s Spray ParkField Trips                 Field trip expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.  Some of our destinations for this summer will be to Nomads, Brownstone Park, Lake Compounce and Sonny’s Place.  Participants will have a field trip once a week starting in July.             Junior Leaders  Children who are 13 and older may apply for volunteering as a Junior Leader.  Volunteer application must be completed prior to May 31.  Will only accept 5-6 volunteers per session. Adventure Zone is a full day program for children 5-12 years of age.  Designed for the working parent(s) who need affordable child care during the summer.  Adventure Zone will offer a rich program experience for participants.  Activities include, but not limited to; arts and crafts, sports, tournaments, field trips, swimming once a week (Agawam State Pool), environmental activities, guest speakers and much more.  Participants are divided into age appropriate groups.  Some of the benefits of attending this are a sense of adventure, building self esteem, socialization, interaction with peers, increasing creativity and personal growth.  Participants should bring own lunch, snack and drink.  Lunches should be brought in a small cooler with ice pack.  Refrigeration is not available.  Water will be available for drinks. Will visit Municipal Playground’s Spray ParkField Trips                 Field trip expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.  Some of our destinations for this summer will be to Nomads, Brownstone Park, Lake Compounce and Sonny’s Place.  Participants will have a field trip once a week starting in July.             Junior Leaders  Children who are 13 and older may apply for volunteering as a Junior Leader.  Volunteer application must be completed prior to May 31.  Will only accept 5-6 volunteers per session.
